Terms & Conditions
moo2me.com · Last updated: March 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order on www.moo2me.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights under Dutch or EU consumer law.
1. About Us
This website is operated by:
Moo2me
Holendrechtstraat 43-3,
1078TR Amsterdam,
The Netherlands
KvK: 87418088
Website: www.moo2me.com
Email:![]()
BTW (VAT) number: NL004410325B33
References to ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ in these terms refer to Moo2me. References to ‘you’ refer to the customer.
2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.moo2me.com and to any bespoke commission agreements entered into with Moo2me, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
These terms are governed by Dutch law, including the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the EU Distance Selling Regulations.
3. Orders and Formation of Contract
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract between you and Moo2me is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that email is sent, no contract exists and we reserve the right to decline any order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order after confirmation if:
- An item is found to be unavailable or out of stock
- There is an error in the price or product description on the website
- We are unable to process your payment
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
4. Products
4.1 Handmade goods
All Moo2me jewellery and objects are handmade. As a result, each piece may vary slightly in colour, texture, weight, or dimensions from the photographs shown on the website. These variations are inherent to handmade work and are not defects. We do our best to represent colours accurately but cannot account for differences in screen calibration between devices.
4.2 Bespoke and custom-made pieces
Bespoke commissions — including made-to-measure rings, engraved pieces, and any work made specifically to your specification — are governed by the terms agreed in your individual commission agreement, which will be provided to you in writing before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a commission agreement, the commission agreement takes precedence.
4.3 Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. We aim to keep stock information on the website accurate but cannot guarantee that an item is available at the time of order. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a wait time, or a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on www.moo2me.com are in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store your payment card details.
In the event of a clear pricing error on the website (for example, an item shown at €0 or at a price obviously inconsistent with its description), we are not obliged to honour that price and may cancel the order with a full refund.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Full details of processing times, carriers, estimated delivery times, and international shipping are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy at www.moo2me/shipping-delivery-policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Under EU consumer law, we are responsible for ensuring your order is delivered. Risk passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or events outside our control (see section 12, Force Majeure).
7. Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing online within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly at
within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Full details — including which items are excluded — are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy at www.moo2me.com/returns-refunds-policy.
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Bespoke and made-to-order items created to your specification (Article 16(c), EU Consumer Rights Directive)
- Items that have been personalised or altered at your request after purchase
- Items that are not in their original, unused condition
8. Refunds
Where a return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method. Where you return an entire order, we will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost. We are not required to refund premium shipping options you selected.
For full details of our refund process, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy at www.moo2me.com/returns-refunds-policy.
9. Faulty Goods and Legal Guarantee
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you are entitled to goods that conform to the contract — meaning they match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for purpose. This legal guarantee applies for a minimum of two years from the date of delivery.
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not match its description, please contact us at
as soon as possible with a description and photographs. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.
This legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, or modifications made without our knowledge.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.moo2me.com— including photographs, text, designs, artwork, and branding — is the intellectual property of Moo2me unless otherwise stated. Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Moo2me’s liability to you is limited to the value of the goods or services you purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU consumer law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
12. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where that delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, postal or carrier disruptions, government actions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a reasonable solution.
13. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy at www.moo2me.com/privacy-policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint about your order or our service, please contact us first at
— we aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve most issues quickly and informally.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to contact:
- The Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt, ACM): www.acm.nl
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: www.consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/— which provides access to alternative dispute resolution bodies across the EU
We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution, but we will always try to resolve complaints directly and fairly.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence if applicable under EU law.
These terms were last updated in March 2026.
